We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our dropshipping model and international suppliers, we currently only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

Your order never arrived
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.

A photo of the item

A brief explanation of the issue
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We reserve the right to offer partial refunds or store credit in certain circumstances.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is eligible for return, please request a return and place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items ordered in the wrong size or color due to customer error

Sale or clearance items

Items without original packaging
